Job Objective
The HR Operations Associate for Employee Onboarding is responsible for the end to end onboarding process of new hire employees from collection and monitoring of pre-employment requirements compliance to deployment. S/He will ensure all required documentations are accomplished and company and government regulatory compliance are adhered to. Additionally, s/he will work on handling queries and work with other departments to resolve Onboarding concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation of Job contracts and ensuring all issued job offers and contracts are signed and returned by employees.
- Collection and monitoring of pre-employment requirements and ensuring full compliance.
- Endorsement of candidates for pre-employment medical examination.
- Endorsement of hires for deployment and creation of employee data in HRIS.
- Creation of employee 201 file and safekeeping all confidential documents
- Facilitation of Background Check certifications/accreditations.
- Releasing, tracking and monitoring of employees IDs and new hire uniforms.
- Ensure all trackers for Onboarding are updated in a timely manner.
- Address new hire queries and concerns and/or endorse them to the proper contacts for resolution.
Background and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of 4-year course
- 0-1 year working experience in Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slide, Forms).
- Strong operational discipline, can manage time and resources to deliver critical outcomes.
- Able to work gracefully under pressure and in a timeline-driven environment.
- With experience handling HRIS technologies
- Open to working on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
