The HR Associate – 201 Filing & Records Management is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor and employment documentation requirements. This role focuses primarily on 201 file management, HR documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
201 File Management
Create, update, and maintain complete and well-organized 201 employee files (physical and/or digital).
Ensure all employee documents (pre-employment, employment, and post-employment) are properly filed and updated.
Conduct regular audits of 201 files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Track missing or expiring employee documents and coordinate with employees and departments for completion.
Administrative HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Assist with HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by HR leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficient in MS Office or similar documentation tools.
Strong filing, documentation, and audit-preparation skills.
