Job Objective

The Account Management Support Specialist typically assists with administrative tasks, Sales order processing, maintaining client databases, and monitoring the deliverables. Responsibilities may include preparing the reports, coordinating with other departments, doing follow-ups to ensure compliance with the commitments, and track updates on contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of administrative activities tasks such as but not limited to sales monitoring, collections, tracking of sales activities, processing of sales requirements and orders.
  • Supports the Sales Leads with the regular reports needed through collection and gathering of data and make it readily available to be reviewed by everyone in the department.
  • Works closely with the Head of Health Solutions Team in ensuring that all business related administrative tasks are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Supports in creating business presentations when needed and helps the Sales Leads in coming up with sales materials relevant to sales strategies.
  • Ensures that all sales-related activities and end to end business processes are achieved by Health Solutions Team by working with other departments (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) to make sure that a signed contract will be recorded as a sale and that will also be recorded in our financial books.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business and/or Marketing Management (Required)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A basic understanding of medical and healthcare terminologies, technologies, protocols, etc. is highly advantageous
  • A good understanding of marketing and commercialization of products and services from the industry perspective.
  • Ability to understand, manage and lead in a multi-stakeholder environment, both internally and externally
  • Project management and process improvement abilities
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of electronic tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentation slides) and good technical understanding of databases and data automation.
  • Amenable for a 5-month project-based role
