The Clinic Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of clinic operations. This role involves collecting and interpreting data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Duties and responsibilities
Monitor staff compliance with customer service and behavior policies.
Maintain performance records (attendance, overall performance).
Approve leave and overtime requests.
Coordinate with site medical personnel on client requirements and policy updates.
Handle client escalations on staffing and operational issues with CMT.
Respond to queries from site medical personnel and coordinate resolutions.
Endorse and monitor Nurses and MDs for deployment.
Assist in OSH compliance and submission of AMR and WAIR reports.
Organize health programs based on illness/incidence reports.
Collaborate on training initiatives (Mental Health, Customer Service, OSH).
Manage clinic schedules and attendance.
Maintain list of site medical personnel.
Prepare and consolidate client-required reports.
Consolidate monthly medicine and medical supply inventory.
Consolidate monthly audit reports.
Check equipment, medicines, and supplies inventory before submission.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse by profession
At least (1) year of experience in a corporate clinic management
