The HR Operations Associate for Onboarding is responsible for end to end onboarding process of New hires employees from collection and monitoring of pre-employment requirements compliance to deployment including ensuring all job offers and contracts issued are signed and returned by employees.
Additionally, s/he will work on handling queries and follow up with Employee and Manager for Separation and Onboarding process. S/He will also interact with the company's employees and ex-employees, by assisting them during their clearance and Off-Boarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of Job contracts.
- Ensure all job offers and contracts issued are signed and returned by employees.
- Collection and monitoring of pre-employment requirements compliance.
- Endorsement of candidates for physical and medical examination.
- Endorsement of hires to deployment and HR Data Management.
- Creation of temporary and permanent IDs.
- Creation of Background Check certifications/accreditations.
- Releasing of New hire uniforms
- Tracking and monitoring of uniforms
- Safekeeping all confidential documents
- Inform and assist the resigned employee of the clearance and offboarding process
- Coordinate with the Finance team for the offboarding, final pay status, and computation of each resigned employee
- Ensure all trackers for Onboarding and Offboarding are updated in a timely manner
- Perform other HR-related tasks efficiently that may be assigned from time to time
Background and Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from a reputable college/university.
- 6mos-1 year working experience in Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Form).
- Strong operational discipline, able to manage time and resources to deliver critical outcomes.
- Able to work gracefully under pressure and in a timeline-driven environment.
- With experience handling HRIS technologies
- Open to working on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
