Job Objective / Purpose:
Under general direction, the clinic nurse supervises and coordinates the day-to-day patient care activities of a specified clinical practice, ensuring adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards. S/he coordinates services with other patient care units, as appropriate, and provides direct patient evaluation and consultation.
Is in charge of registration, and patient data processing; such as treatment records and related health benefit or insurance information (Netsuite), coding patient diagnosis along with requests for payments from the healthcare benefit administrator (HBA) or insurance company (HMO), and filing of PhilHealth claims.
This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. - a subsidiary of RelianceUnited.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
- Administer medications & vaccines to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions
- Provide assistance with medical devices and related treatments
- Record patient vital signs and medical information
- Carry out medical diagnostic and clinical tests
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions and subsequent referral to doctors
- Administering intravenous and non-intravenous medications
- Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
- Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses
- Patient registration and identity validation
- Patient data processing; such as treatment records and related health benefits or insurance information (Netsuite)
- Coding patient diagnosis along with requests for payments from the health benefits administrator (HBA) or insurance company (HMO); verifies insurance coverage and obtains approval
- Other tasks related to the line of business
Background and Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a PRC-registered nurse
- With professional communication skills
- Computer-literate in using software programs for encoding such as but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- Having a relative work experience in healthcare or Health Maintenance Organization/s (HMO) is a great advantage
- Willing to do other task assigned in relation to the line of business

Location: SOHO Central, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM; 100% Work onsite
