Job Objective / Purpose
The Workforce Supervisor is the overall responsible in delivering reports to support and maintain the clinic scheduling and payroll cycles. To be an ambassador and be able to manage the team meeting timekeeping deliverables. Used to Client facing, Stakeholder presentation and has worked in a fast paced environment. Delivering fast results and continuously innovating timekeeping process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages client and employee onboarding, off boarding and status change in RoostedHR scheduling systems.
- Oversee the entire clinic scheduling and ensuring that all deployed employees had shift plotted in the systems based on clinic contract requirements.
- Responsible in ensuring that all timekeeping reports are uploaded in the database within the set timelines of payroll cycles.
- Managing team performance, team motivation and assignment of tasks.
- Act as an administrator and point of contact for any RoostedHR related concerns.
- Maintains employee record and scheduling files in the database.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics such as attendance and timekeeping hours.
Background and Qualifications
- 4 years college graduate
- At least 2 years supervisory role handling more than 5 junior members
- Knowledgeable in using Excel
- Comfortable in doing high level reports and data management
- Keen to detail
- Has an experience spearheading projects
