Job Overview
The Sales Admin Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the Corporate Sales Team, specifically supporting Health Solutions Team. He/she ensures the smooth execution of sales processes, from order handling to documentation and reporting, while fostering cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Health Solutions Team such as but not limited to Renewal Preparation (120 days notice) Salary Calculator preparation, Contract Management, and overseeing the Admin Team.
- Supervising Admin Associate responsible for the SO
- Support other sales tiers as needed to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts, with supervision from each HST.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of customer transactions.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and billing.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to support the sales cycle.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Generate and analyze regular sales reports to aid management in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to sales operations.
- Assist in setting team goals and KPIs, and monitor performance against targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Attend BDAMT and OPCOM meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items with relevant members.
- Processing of PRFs, Accreditations, and the like.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Management, or any related field (Required)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Supervision, or Operations Support
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior management committees
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
