Job Objective / Purpose:
The primary objective of a Provider Relations Specialist is to foster and maintain positive relationships between a healthcare organization and its network of providers, which may include other healthcare facilities. This role aims to ensure efficient communication, collaboration, and problem-solving between the organization and its providers to enhance the quality of patient care and streamline administrative processes.
This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. - a subsidiary of RelianceUnited.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting the overall success of our healthcare network.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare providers.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, contracts, and credentialing processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management
- Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and other healthcare facilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with providers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Project Management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience ensuring provider compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Client Service Orientation
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsive and proactive in addressing provider inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Background and Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-Year course preferably Marketing, Management or other related course
- Computer software, Personality Development, Effective communication Skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including healthcare delivery systems, managed care organizations, HMO, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with healthcare terminology, procedures, and billing practices.
Work Set-Up:
Location: Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Hybrid (subject to change with management notice)
