Job Objective / Purpose:
As a Talent Development Associate, you’ll be at the heart of building learning and culture at Reliance United. This role blends training operations, compliance, and employee engagement—perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited to grow in the L&D space. You’ll support both the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep programs running smoothly and the front-facing activities that bring our AIRE values (Accountability, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence) to life.
This role will be hired under Reliance Care, Inc. (RCI) - a subsidiary of Unilab.
Background and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
Preferably with 1–2 years of HR, training, or related experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort using MS Teams and OneDrive.
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, formatting, data analysis).
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with onboarding and adult learning principles.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to balance multiple deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Data, Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate training and employee development databases, ensuring compliance with service obligations and mandatory trainings.
Track orientation, training attendance, and feedback; generate timely reports and insights to support improvements.
Support audit, clearance, and compliance requirements linked to learning and development.
Training Support & Delivery
Assist in needs assessment, preparation of learning materials, and co-facilitation of sessions.
Handle logistics: scheduling, enrollment, invites, MS Teams/OneDrive coordination, and post-training follow-up.
Ensure smooth onboarding experiences by supporting New Employee Orientation (NEO).
Engagement & Culture Initiatives
Support employee engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations, internal communications, and culture events.
Participate in and help execute culture-building projects, including the AIRE Values Immersion Campaign and HR-wide engagement efforts.
Process Ownership & Improvement
Take ownership of recurring processes (approvals, evaluations, finance documentation).
Recommend and implement workflow improvements to reduce manual work and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on L&D and culture engagement trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Work Conditions:
Employment type: Project-based for 3 months
Onsite work setup; Assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
