The Marketing Supervisor leads overall brand strategy, marketing planning, and brand management to strengthen market presence, generate leads, and increase service utilization. The role ensures consistent and cohesive brand messaging across digital, on-ground, and partner channels, while providing strategic direction, planning, and performance oversight in collaboration with creative and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualization and execution to performance analysis.
Monitor and optimize brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as content planning, social media, website management, SEO/SEM, influencer campaigns, and online advertising.
Manage e-commerce platforms by ensuring accurate product listings, coordinating promotional assets, and analyzing sales and customer feedback.
Plan and execute traditional marketing activities, including events, partnerships, health talks, and community or corporate programs.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements across campaigns and channels.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support real-time operational and business needs.
Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of solid marketing experience, preferably in retail, services, or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and industry trends.
Experience in content creation, campaign management, and handling multiple brands simultaneously.
Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
Willingness to work extended hours when required; primarily on-site with limited work-from-home arrangements.
