Job Objective / Purpose:
An administrative analyst is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support for the dialysis center
This role will be deployed in Global Reliance RenalCare, Inc.'s renal centers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides secretarial and administrative support. Duties include scheduling, coordinating, and performing multiple tasks requiring close attention to detail.
- Perform receptionist duties, handling incoming calls and queries, scheduling patient visits, greeting and directing visitors, and other clerical duties.
- Give basic information on treatment packages to patients.
- Enters data into the system, ensures accuracy, generates reports, and processes inquiries.
- Prepare the patient's billing and settle charges.
- Assist members/patients with inquiries about PhilHealth/PCSO, DSWD, & HMO requirements and policies.
- Advises medical providers, claimants, and others on rules, procedures, policies, and laws concerning the insurance program; authorizes or denies medical treatments, surgery, medical equipment, requests additional information, medical examinations, or other actions.
- Assist hemodialysis patients by checking their requirements for PhilHealth, PCSO, and DSWD, and HMO.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Background and Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with a Finance or Business Management background
- At least 1 year of work experience in any job related to Billing and Claims processing
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, Regular Employment
- 8-hour work days, Monday through Saturday
- Assigned in Global Reliance RenalCare, Inc.'s Renal Centers.
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Occasional travel to build partnerships with institutions and organizations may be expected as well as attendance at relevant conferences/events
