Job Objective / Purpose:
As a Talent Development Associate, you’ll support the design, delivery, and coordination of training and development programs that help our employees grow. This is an ideal entry point into the Learning & Development field—perfect for those with a background in HR and a passion for people development. You’ll work closely with the Talent Development Manager and cross-functional teams to bring engaging, impactful learning experiences to life.
This role will be hired under Reliance Care, Inc. (RCI) - a subsidiary of Unilab.
Background and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, Education, or a related field
- 1–2 years of HR, training, or related work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications; especially Excel (Intermediate level: formulas, formatting, some analytics)
- Basic familiarity with onboarding and adult learning theories
- Customer-focused mindset and strong organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data & Reporting:
- Track new employee orientation and training attendance, feedback, and post-training results using spreadsheets, internal systems, and Microsoft Office web-based apps
- Generate basic reports and insights to support program improvements
- Training Support & Delivery:
- Assist in identifying training needs and supporting the rollout of learning programs
- Help design materials and co-facilitate interactive learning sessions aligned with AIRE core values
- Coordinate program logistics—scheduling, enrollment, communications, and venue setup
- Stakeholder Support:
- Support internal and external training programs
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure smooth program execution
- Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Help streamline training processes (e.g., approvals, evaluations, contracts)
- Stay up to date on L&D trends and tools, contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Culture & Engagement:
- Participate in HR-wide initiatives like surveys, culture events, and employee engagement projects

- Onsite work setup; Assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
