Job Objective / Purpose:
The Clinic Administrative Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient delivery of support services, adherence to standard protocols, and excellent patient experience. The Clinic Administrative Supervisor provides leadership to non-clinical staff, supports coordination with medical personnel, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
- In charge of reviewing and validating consolidated statements of accounts (SOAs) from clinics to ensure accuracy and timely submission to the finance department.
- Supervise and oversee the performance of billing, HMO, and support staff
- Monitor daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, records management, inventory, and office supplies
- Ensure proper implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Support the Clinic Manager in maintaining DOH, LGU, and internal compliance requirements
- Resolve administrative issues, including patient concerns and staff scheduling conflicts
- Review and endorse daily reports, billing summaries, and operational logs
- Assist in onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluation of non-clinical personnel
- Coordinate with HMO coordinators, service providers, and clinic vendors for support services
- Uphold quality service standards and promote a culture of professionalism and patient-centered care
- Responsible for assisting and coordinating clinic project expansions and operational rollouts
Background and Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or any related course
- Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in clinic or outpatient facility administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Skills
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, patient flow, billing processes, and HMO coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and clinic information systems or EMRs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of DOH and LGU requirements for healthcare facilities is an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to be assigned to clinic branches and work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed
Work Conditions:
- Permanent Position
- 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday
- To be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
