Job Objective / Purpose:
The Liaison Officer will be accountable to execute and cover clerical functions and be liaison in the aspect of the Company’s Government Compliance, Document Management, Head of Safety Officers and other related task based on business needs.
S/he will facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams or organizations. S/he will serve as a bridge, connecting coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operations of the business.
This role will be hired under Global Reliance Renal Care, Inc. (GRRI) - a subsidiary of RelianceUnited.
Background and Qualifications:
- A graduate of any business course or other related course
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience. Liaison experience is an advantage.
- Must have experience processing LGU and BIR requirements
- Average skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Duties and Responsibilities:
Government Compliance
- Process and monitor permits, ensure timeliness filing of renewal of all licenses of GRRI centers including LGU Business Permits, DOH License To Operate, Philhealth Accreditation, DOLE permits and DENR compliance.
- Process submission and monitoring of compliance to BIR
- Process documents for PCSO and DSWD
- Collaborates with other departments (e.g. nursing , administration, facilities, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels
- Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other department to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and identify trends
Document/Records Management
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Renal Manager informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
- File properly and accordingly all the permits, licenses, accreditation and other documents
- Properly maintain records (monitoring/improving)
Others
- Develop a collaborative and open rapport within the team and stakeholders in other departments
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business need
