Job Objective / Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sales Admin Supervisor to oversee and support the daily operations of our Corporate Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient sales order processing, accurate reporting, and strong coordination between sales, legal, IT, logistics, and finance departments. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets through effective team supervision and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Corporate Sales Team.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, quotations, contracts but with supervision of sales managers.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
Liaise with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing. - Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to support the sales cycle.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Generate and analyze regular sales reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to sales processes.
- Assist in setting team goals and KPIs, and track progress against performance targets.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Background and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales operations, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or corporate services industry.
- Experience working with healthcare service contracts, client account management, or wellness program coordination is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Netsuite Oracle and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of healthcare service processes and client onboarding.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential client information.
