This post will handle the day-to-day finance function of the RCI parent company and will be responsible for monitoring and consolidating any reports required by different parties from the RCI Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle the monthly and year-end closing of books of accounts, and prepare the financial statements (including budgets and forecasts with variance analysis) of the assigned entity
• Responsible for the day-to-day finance tasks and functions
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual group conso reports and presentation
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the reports due from the finance teams of the various subsidiaries and ensuring their timely submission
• Coordinate and provide updates to the upper management and head office conso team during group consolidation activities
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances and ensure recording and settlement with counterparties
• Manage the cashflow requirements and treasury function of the assigned entity
• Prepare bank reconciliation reports
• Analyze and improve intercompany costs and revenue
• Timely processing of disbursements and collection of receivables
• Continuous improvement of standard operating procedures for finance processes
• Liaise with external auditors and address/implement audit findings
• Balance Sheet and PnL accounts clean-up and reconciliation
• Prepare and file taxes and fees as required by different government agencies
• Has a background in payroll processing
• Perform other duties/reports required as may be required from time to time
Background and Qualifications
• Preferably B.S Accounting graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and GSuite skills
