The Administrative Analyst is responsible for assisting our HST team in developing proposals covering medicines, medical supplies, and all other related services provided by ActiveOne Health.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support proposal preparation for medicines, medical supplies, diagnostics, and healthcare services.
Consolidate pricing, technical details, and documentation from internal teams and vendors.
Assist with cost build-ups, margin checks, and pricing validations in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather quotations, specifications, and compliance documents.
Support Sales with bid requirements, comparison sheets, and client clarifications.
Track proposal KPIs, maintain records, and prepare basic reports and dashboards.
Help improve proposal processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Provide general administrative support, including coordination of reviews and on-time submission of proposals.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration or any related field (Required)
At least 1 to 3 years experience in proposal support, sales operations, procurement coordination, or healthcare operations is highly advantageous
Strong proficiency in MS Office/365. CRM/SharePoint, or similar tools
Solid understanding of medicines, medical supplies, and healthcare services is preferred
