The Quality Management and Customer Experience Associate Assistance (Auditor) is responsible for performing internal clinic audits and evaluating ActiveOne site clinics to ensure full compliance with DOLE and DOH standards applicable to corporate health services. The role focuses on assessing clinic operations across BPO, Manufacturing, and Service-industry accounts, verifying alignment with regulatory requirements, internal quality procedures, and client expectations. The auditor works closely with Clinic Cluster Leads and relevant teams to document findings, recommend corrective actions, and monitor the closure of audit-related items.
Background and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or Healthcare Administration
- At least 1 year in clinic operations, quality audit, or regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other reporting tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills; can work with multiple teams and/or departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Clinic Audit
- Conduct scheduled internal clinic audits across ActiveOne-managed sites.
- Assess compliance with DOLE and DOH requirements applicable to corporate clinics.
- Review adherence to internal SOPs, client-specific standards, and operational workflows.
- Validate readiness, safety, and quality practices within each clinic.
- Document observations and prepare formal audit reports.
- Endorse corrective and preventive actions to responsible teams and monitor timely completion.
- Escalate unresolved or recurring concerns to the QMCX Lead.
- Maintain complete and updated audit logs for compliance and tracking.
2. Quality Monitoring and Reporting
- Track audit schedules, progress of action items, and completion of required documentation.
- Consolidate audit findings into monthly and quarterly summary reports.
- Provide updates and risk flags to the QMCX Lead for decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Participate in internal reviews and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement of clinic quality systems.
- Support the refinement of audit tools, checklists, and standards to align with regulatory and industry requirements.
