Job Objective / Purpose
HDSI Sales Head is responsible for growing the HMO and direct corporate account network of HDSI including developing partnerships with government agencies, private corporations, and non-government organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate leads for the sales team.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders of target partners.
- Conduct regular partner engagement to ensure clinic service conversion.
- Secure revenues and census from Corporate and HMO sales programs such as APEs, PEMEs and ECUs.Initiate follow thru for services needed by Corporate and HMO partners to ensure maximum conversion of additional clinic services.
- Generate insights and report on drivers of sales performance.
- Ensure people within the responsibility area are managed to be professional, collaborative, and goal-oriented team players.
- Work with the marketing team to develop service packages as demanded by the market in cooperation with the rest of the channel team.
Background and Qualifications
- Candidate should have an established track record in HMO and corporate accounts acquisition for healthcare operators
- With 10 to 15 years demonstrated experience
- 5 years of which on senior manager capacity
- With experience in managing multiple business unit sales team.
