The HR Associate role provides support in sourcing and recruitment of relievers, event Nurses, or any short-term related manpower need of Reliance Subsidiary Clinics
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for reliever and event manpower needs of Reliance Subsidiary Site Clinics.
- Conducts initial interview and endorse the candidate to CMT, AMT and/or Client POC as needed.
- Coordinate with the Workforce team for Roosted Account creation and plotting, as well as for Reliever Timekeeping.
- Coordinate with Payroll for any concerns regarding reliever payout.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding in US tracker/s.
Background and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
- Must be willing to work on-site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
- Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
