The Assistant Aesthetic Nurse will support aesthetic nurses and physicians in delivering safe and effective cosmetic and dermatological procedures. The role includes patient assistance, treatment preparation, and ensuring a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment while providing excellent customer care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist nurses and doctors during aesthetic procedures such as facials, IV drips, laser treatments, and chemical peels.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure readiness of equipment before use.
Welcome patients, obtain basic information, and help prepare them for procedures.
Provide comfort and support to patients before, during, and after treatments.
Guide patients with post-treatment care instructions under supervision.
Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety, and adherence to infection control standards.
Monitor and replenish supplies, skincare products, and treatment materials.
Assist in patient documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising aesthetic nurse or physician.
Background and Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); preferably a Registered Nurse with valid PRC license.
With or without clinical experience (aesthetic/dermatology clinic experience is an advantage).
Knowledgeable in basic nursing care, infection control, and patient safety.
With training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., facials, laser, IV therapy) is a plus but not required—willing to be trained.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow clinical protocols accurately.
