Job Objective / Purpose:
The Clinic Operations Supervisor will oversee the Corporate Clinic Management Operations. S/he will ensure a Wellness Program is in place for each corporate client, ensure that the concerns of the POC per client is addressed in a timely manner, will assist in the expansion of the current operations of Corporate Clinic Management, and will develop and train RN and MD on clinical management skills.
This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. (HDSI) - a RelianceUnited company.
Background and Qualifications:
- A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- A Registered Nurse; Licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc. (OHNAP) Certified and/or
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certified Safety Officer II - Has at least 2 years experience in developing Corporate Wellness Programs.
- Has at least 2 years experience in Annual Physical Exam (APE) Data Consolidation for Clinic Management Clients
- Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office literacy (Reporting, Pivot Table) to draft reports on medical utilization, Top 10 diseases, etc.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Candidates from healthcare with at least 2 years work experience in handling clinical and/or multiple corporate account management
- Experience in account acquisition, drafting proposal in account acquisition, BPO experience, payroll or RNs and MDs, accounting, billing concerns
- With high organizational skills
- Willing to accommodate and address urgent concerns form CCM clients beyond office hours as needed
- At least Upper Intermediate English Communication Skills (*IELTS 6.5 and above or *OET C+ and above or similar level of English proficiency upon evaluation) *if available
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the monthly medical utilization reports are generated per client.
- Ensures the accurate and correct deployment of RN and MD based on OSH standards
- Ensures the deployment of MedBase (EMR) per client
- Assist in account acquisition
- Develops monthly wellness program for each client
- Coordinates with Payroll and HR in correct compensation of RN and MD
- Annual contract renewal for current clients at least 3 months ahead of deadlines
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, Permanent Positon
- 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday
- Assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Occasional travel to build partnerships with institutions and organizations may be expected as well as attendance at relevant conferences/events
