The Recruitment Supervisor's primary responsibility is to manage and oversee all recruitment activities and develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the recruitment team is properly plotted every month, or as needed.
- Closely monitor the tickets being raised and check on the fill rate on a day-to-day basis. Flag critical items, especially those needing approval from internal leads.
- Update tracker/s timely and accurately.
- Ensure the response rate of the team is less than 12 hours for critical items and less than 24 hours for non-critical concerns.
- Consistent touchpoints with other teams, such as, but not limited to - AMT, CMT, Workforce, and Payroll, to ensure proper deployment of on-site relievers.
Background and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.
- With at least 2 years experience in a related field, and has had experience in managing a team of recruiters handling mass hiring.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
- Must be flexible with work schedule. Work is 5 days/week, but is amenable to cover different shifts as needed.
- Must be willing to be on call/on standby to support the 7-day team operations, even during holidays.
