Job Objective / Purpose:
The Clinic Operations Associate will support the Clinic Cluster Team's additional clients and ensure seamless account renewals. S/he will also ensure Flexicare's Clinic Cluster Team is compliant to the deliverables in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with clients.
This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. (HDSI) - a subsidiary of RelianceUnited.
Background and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse; Licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc. (OHNAP) Certified and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certified Safety Officer II
- Has at least 2 years experience in developing Corporate Wellness Programs.
- Has at least 2 years experience in Annual Physical Exam (APE) Data Consolidation for Clinic Management Clients
- Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office literacy (Reporting, Pivot Table).
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Candidates from healthcare with at least 2 years work experience and (+) clinical experience
- With high organizational skills
- Willing to accommodate and address urgent concerns form CCM clients beyond office hours as needed
- At least Upper Intermediate English Communication Skills (*IELTS 6.5 and above or *OET C+ and above or similar level of English proficiency upon evaluation) *if available
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Flexicare Clinic Cluster Management (CCM) Supervisor in regular CCM client monthly touch point meetings.
- To assist in ensuring Flexicare CCM clinics are in compliance with regular monthly reports to clients through MedBase or similar platforms.
- To assist the Flexicare CCM Supervisor in ensuring fill rate in clinics is > 95%.
- To assist in the development of wellness programs for FlexIcare CCM clients.
Ability to commute/relocate to:
- Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
