The Clinic Cluster Lead will handle clinic management in terms of daily clinic operations, engagement with staff, guidance in reports, audit compliance, etc. A coordinator and first line to engage with clinic site personnel to address day-to-day concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities
Clinic Operations:
  • Monitors compliance of staff with standards defined by ActiveOne specifically about customer service and other staff behavior policies.
  • Monitors and maintains records of staff performance relative to attendance & performance
  • Approval of leaves and overtime.
  • Communication/coordination with site medical personnel regarding client requirements and ActiveOne policy updates
  • Coordination with CMT regarding client escalations on staffing and operational issues and ensure compliance to response time is met.
  • Respond to site medical personnel concerns and queries and direct coordination with the involved departments to ensure concerns are addressed.
  • Endorsement and monitoring of Nurses and MDs for deployment.
  • Assists in monitoring OSH compliance and submission of AMR and WAIR (Covid and Accident) to client POC.
  • Organize/identify Health Programs based on the client's illness/incidence reports
  • Collaborate with CMT regarding ActiveOne program/training initiatives (Mental Health, Customer Service, OSH training, etc).
  • Assists in the coordination with site medical personnel regarding clinic schedule and attendance.
  • Maintains the list of handled site medical personnel.


Background and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Preferably BOSH Trained
  • Background on Outpatient clinic set up and background as a team lead
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
