Duties and Responsibilities
Performs pre and after-sales services:
- Demonstrates sleep products including positive airway pressure devices (CPAP), CPAP masks and peripherals to patients
- Assist patients in basic troubleshooting of sleep devices and products
- Performs CPAP calibration, setting, repairs, testing of parts, accessories
- Recommends and endorse replacement, charges, or warranty claims
Sets up polysomnography systems:
- Installs, configures, tests and evaluates polysomnography systems (sleep diagnostic equipment), computer hardware, software and networks
- Troubleshoots remotely or on-site polysomnography systems
- Provides support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports to the team and partner hospitals/ clinics
- Initiates in the development and rollout of new applications or upgrades to team or partner hospitals/clinics
- Conduct audit on sleep study performance, equipment and SOPs
Performs product quality control:
- Tests run and checks package inclusion of PAP devices and oxygen concentrators
- Rejects items failing to meet quality standards, facilitating defective product return and replacement
- Prepares documentation of the inspection process including reports, warranty coverage, and performance records
- Recommends improvement measures to ensure quality control standards are met
Ensures data integrity (e.g., reliability, accuracy, and readability), patient data confidentiality, and data security against fraud and information hacking
Background and Qualifications
- Candidates should have two years of experience in IT-related software and hardware
- At least a college graduate in IT or any computer-related course
- Technically competent
- Flexible and able to multi-task; organized and systematic
- Good communication skills and documentation efficiency
- Able to report to the office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
- Candidate will join a sleep study 1x a month for audit purposes.
