Job Objective / Purpose: 
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the clinic’s and office building facilities, equipment, and assets. Additionally, they will supervise all the business units' projects and alteration activities in coordination with the Design and Build Team, ensuring adherence to required permits and project management guidelines.

This role will be hired under RelianceCARE, Inc. - a Unilab subsidiary.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
  • Ensures uptime and availability of all Reliance Care Inc Facilities' managed equipment to prevent operations disruption
  • Support and assist the Facilities Assistant Manager/Supervisor to address Reliance Group's Facilities Concerns
  • Ensures all work orders are timely responded to and completed based on urgency of request
  • Resolves complaints in order to improve business reputation and processes
  • Completes all the improvement projects to maintain the look, ambiance, and operations inside the clinic/office
  • Will lead the hands-on work for the Facilities Technicians
  • Applies new technologies and new techniques on various facilities projects to improve efficiency of the hospital
  • Guides the stakeholders and other departments during their equipment selection to ensure that the vendor proposals are within the required specifications of the Clinics/Office

Background and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • A Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering, facilities management, or office management
  • Having a work background in hospital/healthcare is advantageous
  • Having the knowledge in operating AutoCAD software is an advantage

Work Conditions:
  • Permanent Position
  • Specialist Level, Individual Contributor
  • 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday
  • To be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
