The Sourcing Supervisor will manage the sourcing of medical staff (RNs, MDs, allied professionals, etc) for Reliance United's subsidiaries' Clinic Management needs. He/she will be responsible for identifying, partnering, and developing channels from where to source candidates for medical-related roles. He/she will create and manage activities that make a strong and wide network within sourcing channels such as social networks, institutions, organizations, job boards, employee base, search firms, etc., all leading to the development of a strong candidate pipeline outside and within the company for current and site medical staffing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work to harness the increasing capabilities of technology within the recruiting space such as Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.); ensures presence of Reliance United's subsidiaries online.
Partner with Talent Acquisition - Site Staffing to develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for business needs.
Maximize the use of traditional channels such as job boards and manpower agencies to look for and connect with potential candidates (including passive candidates)
Create partnerships, build relationships, and regularly interact with educational institutions and members of different organizations/associations by attending events (job fairs, career talks) and conferences for employer branding and talent pipeline sourcing.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates across the medical industry.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition - Site Staffing to identify each position’s requirements and specific sourcing channels that best yield ideal candidate profiles.
Ensure an effective referral program system, especially for medical-related roles.
Keep an active pool of past candidates which may be suitable for career opportunities
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates.
Lead/manage projects to improve Sourcing methodologies.
Actively market RelianceUnited as an employer of choice.
Provides market information and insights to the company to spur sourcing and hiring decisions.
May be tasked to manage a team of talent-sourcing professionals.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant volume sourcing/recruitment experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss and influence stakeholders as needed.
Strong operational discipline - able to manage time and resources to deliver critical outcomes.
Able to work gracefully under pressure in a timeline-driven environment.
Good knowledge of sourcing channels and platforms; Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
Strong project management and leadership skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Solid judgment with an ability to make good decisions
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City and shifting schedule (morning/mid shift)
