The Medical Business Development will drive the growth and development of the clinics by ensuring the highest standards of care, implementing data-driven medical analytics, and identifying innovative medical trends, to improve the quality of healthcare services. This role combines clinical expertise with business acumen to elevate patient care and operational efficiency in alignment with global healthcare standards.
Ensure clinic operations and medical care meet global standards of quality and safety.
Spearhead efforts related to ISO and JCI accreditation for Clinic and Medical Services
Lead clinical business development initiatives to improve patient services and clinic offerings.
Lead medical equipment and new business research and feasibility case studies for profitability and clinical applications to enhance service offerings and patient care
Use medical data analytics to track, evaluate, and enhance clinical performance and patient outcomes.
Generate comprehensive medical reports for performance monitoring, patient care insights, and business decision-making.
Produce Client Medical Service Reports (eg. APE Demographic reports, Client Health Profiles, Utilization & Top Illnesses Reports, etc)
Design Client Wellness Programs that align with preventive healthcare trends and improve patient engagement
Stay updated on the latest medical practices, innovations, and industry standards to keep the clinic at the forefront of care.
Collaborate with medical staff and Operations teams to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery
Medical degree with board certification; preferably with Master's Degree in Business Administration or Hospital Administration, Specialty Training
Strong background in clinical operations and business development. At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Business Management positions
Experience in medical data analytics and report generation. Proficient in Data Analytics tools and data query processes
Knowledge of global healthcare standards and wellness program management. Knowledgeable and experienced in ISO and JCI accreditations
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
