Job Objective / Purpose

The HR Recruitment Assistant Manager will be responsible for keeping the day-to-day Site recruitment operations running, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, supervising the recruitment team, generating reports and tracking metrics and improving recruitment strategies for healthcare workers across Reliance United.  

He/she is also expected to lead and manage assigned recruitment and staffing projects and to work with colleagues across levels within the Reliance group to deliver results. He/she will be the functional lead (“Center of Expertise”) of Health Care Workers Staffing and will ensure that strategies and execution steps are in place to deliver business results.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Lead Volume Recruitment of Healthcare Workers

Oversee and provide guidance to the Site Recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly and the team achieve daily targets and SLAs aligned with business goals
Provide regular status updates and maintain the company’s talent pool database for healthcare workers and ensure accurate up-to-date information and tracking of potential candidates
Utilize creative methods to attract passive candidates, collaborate on refining recruitment strategies and build relationships for future opportunities through partnership with the Sourcing Team
Work with hiring managers and department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs

2) Data and Analytics
Generate regular reports, including key metrics and insights for continuous improvement
Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent pool strategies
Diligently maintain templates/trackers and conduct analysis of data, as well as prepare sound recommendations

3) Act as Center of Expertise Point of Contact for Site Recruitment
Facilitate discussions on recruitment and sourcing strategies and/or directions and align with line management for execution and implementation
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and attract talent
Stay informed about healthcare workforce trends and market changes and keep abreast of the latest developments in local labor laws to determine the impact these may have on the company’s recruitment activities

4) Manage Projects and Process Improvements
Conduct business process analysis and work on process improvement projects
Manage projects, formulate recommendations and prepare documentation (manuals,guidelines, flow charts, management presentation materials etc)

5) Perform tasks required to administer and execute HR programs that may be assigned depending on business need.

Background and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration and similar fields
    more than 5  years’ experience as HR Recruitment and Sourcing Officer/ Supervisor/Lead or equivalent role 
  • Should have a strong background on volume hiring for different shift schedules and sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
