Job Description:
● Provides secretarial and administrative support. Duties include scheduling, coordinating, handling incoming calls and queries.
● Perform duties of receptionist, greeting and directing visitors, and other clerical duties.
● Give basic information on treatment packages to patients.
● Responsible for filing of hemodialysis claims and follow up of reimbursements.
● Collate, prepare and submit reports to Philhealth, PCSO, DSWD and HMO.
● Enters data into the system and ensures accuracy, generates reports and processes inquiries.
● Assist members/ patients of inquiries and checking their requirement for Philhealth/PCSO, DSWD and HMO requirements and policies.
● Receives, examines and evaluates claims for payment of various benefits or other benefits under Philhealth insurance programs; approves or denies.
● Prepare patient’s billing and settle charges.
● Advises medical providers, claimants and others on rule, procedures, policies and laws concerning the insurance program; authorizes or denies medical treatments, surgery, medical equipment, requests additional information, medical examinations or other actions.
● Acts as a single Point of Contact for check monitoring and PHIC transactions, PCSO, DSWD and HMO.
● PCSO (validates guarantee letter and other PCSO transactions, if any), DSWD (validates guarantee letter and other DSWD transactions, if any); HMO transactions.
Background and Qualifications:
- Willing to work onsite at GRRI HD Center – Dasmarinas and Silang Cavite and extend beyond company operating hours when needed.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or any technical course related to business and finance.
- At least 1 year of solid working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
