Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist patients in booking and managing telemedicine appointments
- Provide support for telehealth platforms and applications
- Gather and verify patient information and medical history
- Coordinate patient consultations with doctors
- Monitor patient concerns and escalate urgent cases when needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy compliance
- Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Guide patients on using telemedicine services
- Follow up on consultations and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or any allied health-related course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting; telemedicine experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
