Job Overview
This role is responsible in ensuring accurate and up to date database of CCM RNs, MDs and clients.
The incumbent will also extend support the CCM business by facilitating payroll reports, admin. tasks ( supplies inventory and requisition, coordination with SCM etc.) and other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee contract management for CCM business. Ensures that the contract inventory are up to date (signed and notarized).
2. Timely submission of payroll reports.
3. Manage monthly supply inventory and requisitions for all CCM clients, including inventory monitoring.
4. Assist in organizing Flexicare CCM events / meetings (booking of venues, sourcing of suppliers, request for quotation etc.)
5.Provide administrative support to Flexicare management team (creation of expense report, processing of reimbursement etc. )
Qualifications
1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
2. At least 1 year of solid working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Ability to do on-site visits and work on weekends and extend beyond company operating hours when needed.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Good communication (written and oral), interpersonal, problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
6. Ability to develop strong customer and provider relationships.
7. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
8. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
