The Clinic Management Specialist oversees Corporate Clinic Management operations, ensures that a wellness program is in place for each corporate client, and addresses the concerns of each client’s point of contact in a timely manner. S/He also supports the expansion of current Corporate Clinic Management operations and is responsible for developing and training registered nurses and medical doctors on clinical management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures the monthly medical utilization reports are generated per client
Ensures accurate and proper deployment of RN and MD based on OSH standards
Ensures deployment of MedBase (EMR) per client
Assists in account acquisition
Develops a monthly wellness program for each client
Coordinates with Payroll and HR to ensure correct compensation of RN and MD
Manages annual contract renewal for current clients at least three months ahead of deadlines
Qualifications:
Medically-inclined (RN with OHNAP certificate, Safety Officer II)
At least 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, company clinic, or healthcare management
Moderate skill in computer literacy; able to draft reports on medical utilization and top 10 diseases
Experience handling corporate clinic accounts
IELTS English literacy of 7.0–7.5
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
