Job Overview
The Alpha Wellness Coach is primarily tasked and expected to provide individual and group Wellness coaching and counseling to ACN weCare Program clients. When he or she is not deployed to ACN site, the employee will report to Williams office and will be tasked to perform other duties (individual and group counseling, webinars, onsite talks, etc) for other corporate clients and Reliance United.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Wellness Coach:
- Conducts individual and group coaching sessions in cases of unplanned or planned absences such as emergency leaves, vacation leaves, and sick leaves of Wellness Coaches deployed on site.
- Submits coaching trackers and reports based on handled sessions at the end of the month.
- Attends important training, meetings, and emergency connect as requested by the POC.
As a RelianceUnited Mental Health Specialist
- Conducts virtual coaching sessions and counseling sessions for both internal and corporate clients.
- May facilitate webinars, learning sessions, and group sessions as necessary
- Performs other tasks that Management may assign from time to time in the exercise of its executive prerogative
- Engages in continuous personal development to enhance skills by attending to own development needs and/or attending training as aligned with Immediate Manager and HR
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist or Registered Counselor with strong background in
(a) Clinical, Counseling or Health Psychology;
(b) Therapeutic Counseling;
(c) Psychotherapy - With diploma in Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work and valid PRC License
- Have completed at least three (3) years post-graduate client/patient facing experience (inclusive of supervised practice completed as part of training) during which they provided 1:1 care and designed and delivered group-based interventions.
- Excellent account management, relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong communication and networking skills across all levels within an organization
- Good planning, coordination and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with strong drive and initiative, with an outgoing and confident approach
- Possesses a strong sense of urgency delivery of required tasks or results
- Possesses good intrapersonal, interpersonal and work values - mature, independent, resourceful, responsive, collaborative (Team player)
- Effective presentation skills and sound analytical thinking
- Has the flexibility & agility to cope with frequent changes in services and business environment
- Goes the extra mile in serving clients and other stakeholders
- Computer literate, proficient in Google Suite Applications and SPSS
- Strong display of RCI’s Corporate Competencies and Values
