JOB OVERVIEW
The Alpha Wellness Specialist (AWS) will provide psychosocial support to corporate clients and RU employees. AWS is primarily tasked and expected to provide Wellness coaching and counseling to multiple clients from different accounts and will follow a night shift schedule.
In addition, the Alpha Wellness Specialist extends support to the Mental Health Team through webinars, learning sessions, etc if requested.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Wellness Coach
Conducts individual and group coaching sessions in cases of unplanned or planned absences such as emergency leaves, vacation leaves, and sick leaves of Wellness Coaches deployed on site.
Submits coaching trackers and reports based on handled sessions at the end of the month.
Attends important training, meetings, and emergency connect as requested by the POC.
RelianceUnited Mental Health Specialist
Conducts virtual coaching sessions and counseling sessions for both internal and corporate clients.
May facilitate webinars, learning sessions, and group sessions as necessary
Performs other tasks that Management may assign from time to time in the exercise of its executive prerogative
Engages in continuous personal development to enhance skills by attending to own development needs and/or attending training as aligned with Immediate Manager and HR
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
High level of commitment to the role - preferably someone who is NOT doing consultancy jobs in several institutions
Excellent account management, relationship-building and customer service skills
Strong communication and networking skills across all levels within an organization

Computer literate, proficient in Google Suite Applications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Counselor from a reputable university with minimum 3 years of counseling experience AFTER finishing MA degree
Previous experience/exposure from various industries such as BPOs, health care, customer service, hospitality, sales and communication, office administration, etc., is an advantage
Experience and knowledge in Psychological assessment is an advantage
Skilled in SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) is an advantage
