HR Workforce Associate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to - identify challenges in the workforce.
Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.
Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.
Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations
Respond to Service Level variations.
Maintains employee records in the database
Ensures all open shifts are properly staffed
Handles employee timekeeping report
Background and Qualifications:
College graduate of any course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, etc.)/Google Suite (Sheets, etc.)
Strong operational discipline, able to manage time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes.
Able to work gracefully under pressure and works in a timeline driven environment.
Amenable to work on shifting schedules.
Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
