2. Sends emails and phone calls to patients/ doctors, offers add on products and services 3. Walk ins assistance, basic product demo and services discussion 4. Reimbursements & payments processing, attendance and DTRs monitoring 5. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance, meetings & trainings facilitation, HR/Finance/CIT coordination 6. Inventory management - shared responsibility w/ Analyst II & SCM, monthly count and reporting
Job Qualifications:
1. Strong MS skills and data management knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheet, Drive, etc.) 2. Very good communication skills (oral and written) 3. Strong administrative/ clerical background 4. Experience in Netsuite or related office software/system is an advantage 5. Business course graduate - management, marketing, finance
