Job Objective / Purpose:
The HR Staffing Supervisor oversees and manages the end-to-end process of deploying permanent employees, limited to the issuance of Job Offers based on approved Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) from the CMT team in alignment with client requirements. The role ensures timely coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient endorsement of candidates to the Onboarding team, supporting the organization’s recruitment and deployment objectives.
This role will be hired under RelianceCARE, Inc. - a Unilab subsidiary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Job Offer Management
- Supervise the end-to-end processing of job offers for permanent positions based on approved Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) from the CMT team.
- Ensure timely release and accuracy of job offers aligned with client requirements.
- Candidate Endorsement Coordination
- Oversee the endorsement of identified and offered candidates to the Onboarding team for pre-employment processing.
- Ensure smooth handoff with complete and accurate documentation.
- MRF Monitoring and Fulfillment
- Track and prioritize MRFs received from the CMT team, ensuring alignment with deployment timelines and client specifications.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure candidate pipelines are aligned with open requisitions.
- Client Requirement Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the CMT team to clarify job requirements, candidate qualifications, and site-specific needs.
- Adjust deployment strategies based on updated client needs and feedback.
- Documentation and Records Management
- Ensure all job offers, endorsements, and related documents are properly filed and updated in the recruitment system.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidate status across all deployment stages.
- Internal Coordination and Handoffs
- Coordinate with the Onboarding team to ensure readiness for processing once offers are accepted.
- Ensure timely endorsement of fully processed candidates to the CMT Admin for final deployment.
- Reporting and Metrics Tracking
- Prepare regular reports on deployment progress, MRF status, offer acceptance rates, and candidate pipeline updates.
- Highlight any bottlenecks or issues in the deployment process and recommend solutions.
- Team Oversight and Guidance
- Supervise and support the Permanent Deployment team in executing their responsibilities effectively.
- Provide coaching, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with recruitment and deployment procedures.
Background and Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.
- With at least 2 years experience in a related field, and has had experience in managing a team of recruiters handling mass hiring.
- Preferably experience under BPO – volume hirings
- Must be willing to work on-site.
- Must be flexible with work schedule. Work is 5 days/week, but is amenable to cover different shifts as needed.
- Must be willing to be on call/on standby to support the 7-day team operations, even during holidays.

- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
