Job Objective / Purpose:
A Concierge serves as a specialized customer service representative. These employees are responsible for responding to a wide variety of consumer/guest needs to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for these patrons. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are necessary to succeed in this role. In short, their primary duty is to be of service to consumers/guests and keep them happy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes patients when entering the clinic
- Assist patient with their query and concerns
- Answers phone calls and provides information
- Maintain updated knowledge about the clinic services and list of doctors and staff
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
Background and Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Excellent office and computer skills
- Ability to provide professional communication in all environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and verbal skills
- In-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies
- Proven skills in developing relations with guests and internal departments
