Main responsibilities of the vaccination team:

A. Ensures to secure needed consent forms from patients prior vaccination.

B. Correctly dilute the vaccine and record accordingly.

C. Correctly administer the vaccines

D. Ensure to follow safety measures during administration

E. Ensures to follow correct wastes disposal protocols

F. Fill-out vaccine record book or the like

G. Ensures to document/record all transactions in the system

H. Assists during emergency

I. Helps in accomplishing end of day reports

J. Performing other duties as assigned by management
