Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts individual and group coaching sessions on site.
  • Submits coaching trackers and reports based on handled sessions at the end of the month.
  • Attends important training, meetings, and emergency connect as requested by the POC.
Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Counselor, or Registered Social Worker from a reputable university with minimum of 3 years of counseling experience after completing his/her Master’s Degree
  • Needs to have clinical experience or exposure - experienced in counseling & coaching
