To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk experience. The receptionist is responsible for managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, and inquiries while supporting smooth clinic operations with professionalism and compassion.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival at the clinic
  • Manage patient registration, Patient MD appointments, update MD directory, verify information, and ensure accuracy in records
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and follow-ups, Patient appointments, MD directory monitoring.
  • Coordinate with medical staff for patient flow and queue management
  • Assist in processing HMO/insurance forms and direct patients to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of patient information and clinic documents
  • Support administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Uphold data privacy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at all times

Background and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any  4-year course (preferably related to healthcare, business, or customer service)
  • With or without experience (experience in a healthcare or clinic setup is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Filipino
  • Professional appearance, courteous, and patient-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, appointment systems)
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and handle irate patients professionally
  • Willing to be assigned to clinic branches and work on shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
