Under general direction, supervises and coordinates a specified clinical practice's day-to-day patient care activities, ensuring adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards. Coordinates services with other patient care units, as appropriate, and provides direct patient evaluation and consultation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports (APE, PEME)
- Administering medications & vaccines to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Assist with medical devices and related treatments.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Carry out medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions and subsequent referral to doctors
- Administer intravenous and non-intravenous medications.
- Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
Background and Qualifications
- Must be a PRC registered nurse
- Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills
- Has satisfactory computer skills
- Willing to work 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Saturday in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
