The Supply Chain Associate will assist the SCM Procurement Team in day-to-day task and do administrative works.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Procurement:
  • Vendor Sourcing
  • Assist in discovering  new Vendors for hard-to-find OPEX supplies including Ad and Promo Items
  • Tactical Procurement
  • Canvass sheet preparation
  • Negotiation and PO creation/ encoding
  • Sales Invoice Transmittal
  • Request for Payment processing against SI and PO
  • Expediting and de-expediting deliveries

Background and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; 
  • At least two(2) years relevant work experience in Supply Management particularly in the field of Procurement
  • Strong negotiation capability
  • Health Industry exposure
  • Experience in ERP Solutions(e.g. Net Suite, ARIBA, etc) an advantage
