To support the Human Resources team in delivering a seamless and efficient onboarding experience by managing all pre-employment processes, documentation, system entries, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures that all new hires and redeployed employees are properly onboarded in compliance with company standards and HR protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and monitor Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) endorsements and results 2. Collect, validate, and organize all required pre-employment documents from new hires 3. Facilitate endorsements to Client Care Leads (CCL), Benefits, and Contract Management teams 4. Manage ID generation and dispatch, ensuring timely release to employees 5. Create and maintain accurate 201 files, including endorsement for secure safekeeping 6. Handle redeployment and internal endorsements, ensuring proper documentation and coordination 7. Facilitate contract signing, ensuring all necessary agreements are duly signed and filed 8. Manage onboarding-related concerns and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate teams 9. Create employee profiles and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the masterlist and HRIS system
Background and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 3. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
