Job Objective / Purpose
The HR Manager of Compensation, Benefits, & Services will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and improving assigned HR processes in RCI and/or assigned subsidiaries. He/she is also expected to lead and manage assigned projects and to work with colleagues across levels within the group to deliver results. He/she will be the functional lead (“Center of Expertise”) of assigned HR Systems/Processes and will ensure that the same are executed completely in all RCI companies.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The successful candidate will report to the Reliance Head of HR, functionally and administratively. He/she will work with HR Managers / HR Business Partners in all subsidiaries to ensure effective planning and execution of HR processes and systems. This is a managerial position and will lead a team.

- C&B philosophy and practices across the group
- Job & salary structure design/review, analysis, and improvements
- Benefits review, improvements, and administration including health & wellness programs
- Consolidation and preparation of data and management reports
- Administration of the function
- Projects
Employee Services
- Administration of the full spectrum HR services (employee on-boarding, maintenance, and off-boarding)
- HRIS management and administration
- Employee & organization data management, including management reporting
- Projects and continuous process improvements
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR professionals
Background and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business and similar fields
- 5-10 years’ experience as HR Manager or HR Officer or equivalent role
- Knowledge of building compensation package, bonus and incentives program, job evaluation and salary design and structure
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly skilled in Google Suite applications and tools
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
